  Aha.

My second day on the laptop job and things are suddenly looking pretty spiffy.

  Well it stands to reason.

Such a strange time of the year, really.

Anyway it's really late, or early. I got in late, or early last night. I was in search of a pristine copy of Franco Zefferelli's Taming of the Shrew, a classic if there ever was one.

Elizabeth Taylor. Richard Burton. Michael York. Good stuff.

Traditionally this would bring my year to an end. Books would be returned to the bookroom, students would sit and laugh, and the antics of Taylor and Burton would light up the day. It traditionally means the end of a grueling school year, and this year is no exception.

  Shrew.

The only way to bow out.

Anyway, I did find a copy and I was ridiculously excited about it, almost to the point that I don't find anything else entertaining right now.

Ah, it'll fade, but the music, the acting, the entire thing just rolls.

If you haven't seen it, you should rent it, read the plot synopsis online and then kick back and let it take hold.

  Shrew.

The only way to bow out.

I have to get run over by around eight more tractors, a couple of cow pies, and people who fly on bicycles only because the stick that is up their ass holds them on like a merry-go-round pole.

  Still...

Things are winding down rather quickly.

  Stay tuned.

  And God give you...

  Well, not quite yet.

  Enjoy your Tuesdeeee everybody!

  Peace.
